Melting Furnace
Purpose: Efficiently melt aluminium alloys (ingot, scrap, chips, briquettes) for industrial applications. Applications: Automotive manufacturing, foundries, metal casting.
Holding Furnace
Purpose: Maintain molten aluminium in consistent temperature at 600°C–800°C for casting. Applications: High-pressure Die Casting.
Rotary Melting Furnace (RMF)
Purpose: Melt aluminium dross for recycling. Cylindrical chamber that melts aluminium dross for recycling by slowly rotating axis, allowing for physical transformations.
Klin Furnace/Chip Treatment
Purpose: Rotating drum using gas burner heat sources to remove contaminant from the machining waste (chips), before recycling aluminium chips into reusable material.
Recruperator (Heat Exchanger)
Purpose: Boost furnace efficiency by recovering waste heat increases flame temperature and improves furnace efficiency. Benefits: Fuel Savings: 10–15% reduction gas fuel, Preheated Air: 200°C up to 450°C
